Hey all, and welcome to another edition of View from Last Out. This is my monthly feature on whatever comes to mind. It’s been a little while since my last installment and I’m super excited to get back to it. This month I’m going to focus on something I heard on the radio today. It has to do with all four teams in Philadelphia and the outlook you have on them all.

The question posed to the audience today was, If you had to bet everything you own that one of the teams would win a title in the next ten years would you? Is there one of the four that you would bank on more than the others? This got me thinking about the state of our beloved teams. Each team has had their own ups and downs, but I sincerely believe that they are all on the uptick, but I’m not sure if I’d bet everything...

I have been playing sports my whole life weather it was organized or just with my friends on the street.  Regardless of the setting I had some great moments and some bad moments.  I am gonna share with you my greatest regret from my little league career as a long haired 12 year old left fielder. 

It was a hot summer day and we were not a good team.  Our game was against the mighty team from Fishtown. This team looked like King Leonidas and the 300 and they bombed the ball when they hit it.  As a 12 year old kid that plays left field, the thought of playing against this powerhouse scared me because I knew it was gonna be a busy day for me.
